Premium: Our paved RV sites have 72 x 20 quality concrete pads with PLENTY of green space between each site. So, you’ll feel extra confident when parking your rig!
Standard

Standard: Our standard sites have concrete pad sizes from 20 x 40 up to 20 x 60.
Grass Sites
Grass: People love our grass sites! The sites are double wide (50 X 95) with plenty of space to enjoy your stay!

Pet Policy & More
It’s no secret that we LOVE our pet “residents” around here. And Sunshine Village is a great place for them to be. Each Residence / RV site may have up to 2 pets at no charge. Additional pets are $20 per pet per day to a maximum of $100 per pet per month.
Our wide streets with beautiful trees are perfect for long country walks with your favorite Fido. Also, we had safety in mind when we established a community speed limit of 5mph.The reduced speed coupled with great visibility – creates a comfortable and safe neighborhood for both owner and pet.
The Community Dog Run
Your pet will make fast friends at the community dog run – he/she can run wild and free with doggie friends. It’s amazing to see how quickly dogs make friends in a dog run. Afterall, there’s no territory to protect and somehow, they all know – it’s a community space for all to roam. Don’t tell Fido, but there’s also a convenient pet washing station for cleaning up after a particularly vigorous day of play.

The Pet Policy
We do have basic community rules, and they are all fairly standard (below):
Pet Registration: Every resident must register any pets with the Community Manager. Only generally accepted domestic pets (dogs, cats, etc.) which have been approved and registered by the Community Manager are allowed in the Community.
Leashes/Supervision/Clean-Up: Pets must be kept inside the home or on a leash accompanied and supervised at all times. Please do not tether a pet outside in your yard unattended. While the pet is outside, the owner is responsible for any waste clean-up. Please do not dispose of waste inside regular trash cans. We have pet waste receptacles to assist if you are on a walk.
Collars/Vaccinations: Pets must wear necessary registration from the appropriate governmental agency and must have all required vaccinations.
Pet Removal: If a pet is not properly registered, we must request that it be removed from the property until he/she is registered. Also, regardless of a proper registration record, if the Community Manager finds the conduct of a pet to be dangerous or bothersome to other residents, the registration can be terminated, and the owner must remove the animal from the property.
Future Pet Admissions: The property reserves the right to discontinue as a “pet friendly community.” This would mean that new pet admissions would discontinue. This also means that households with existing pets could not add new pets or replacement pets.
