New Vacation Rental Homes – 2026 Season
Deposit: A deposit of $1,000 is required for reservations in the month of January – April. It is required at the time of booking and will be held until up to 5 days after your departure. *.
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of $500 will apply to all reservations for new vacation rental homes made during the months of January through April 2026. An additional $500 fee is withheld if not cancelled within 15 days of your arrival.
Upon arrival: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 is collected upon arrival as well as your 1st and last month’s rent.
* Damages and Excessive Cleaning Requirements: Your initial deposit will be held until the property has been inspected or within 5 days of your departure, whichever is sooner.
Pets: 2 pets are allowed free of charge. Additional pets will be charged $20 per day per pet to a maximum of $100 per pet per month. All pet’s must be registered by the office.
Additional Information: Our homes are furnished with sheets and linens, 2 sets of towels for each bedroom, and a week’s worth of toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, glasses and coffee cups.
