We are within 15-20 minutes of I-75 and less than an hour from the excitement of Tampa, Orlando and Ocala. Even closer, you’ll find charming cities like The Villages, Clermont, Bushnell, Dade City, Tavares, Mount Dora, and Leesburg – each offering its own mix of festivals, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
And the GOOD NEWS is – Sunshine Village is located in Central Florida where the weather allows for most outdoor activities all year around!
